Abstract:Mesenteric thrombosis represents a vascular urgency caused by the abrupt interruption of blood flow, whether arterial or venous; clinical presentation can be nonspecific, which can represent a diagnostic challenge. According to its vascular etiology, a different therapeutic approach is required.
