Abstract: Here we propose an isotropic all electrical spin analyzer in a quantum ring with spin-orbit coupling by analytically and numerically modeling how the charge transmission rates depend on the polarization of the incident spin. The formalism of spin transmission and polarization rates in an arbitrary direction is also developed by analyzing the Aharonov-Bohm and the Aharonov-Casher effects.
