Abstract:The bacterial disease tuberculosis (TB), when it affects organs of the body other than the lungs, is called extrapulmonary TB. The treatment regimen includes the drugs isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol, of which isoniazid is known to be the most active drug.
