Isolation of full-length IgG antibodies from combinatorial libraries expressed in the cytoplasm of Escherichia coli

Abstract: Here we describe a facile and robust genetic selection for isolating full-length IgG antibodies from combinatorial libraries expressed in the cytoplasm of redox-engineered Escherichia coli cells.
