Isolation of Bacterial Pathogens Associated with Commercially Available Spices in Mangaluru City, India

Abstract: Spices are important sources of natural flavouring, colouring and antimicrobial agents in food and medicine. In India, spices are widely produced, consumed and exported across the world.
