Abstract:Cembranoids compounds are mainly distributed in higher plants of the Pinaceae and Solanaceae families, as well as soft corals, and serve as important aroma precursors. Their degradation products are widely used in various aspects of life, such as farnesal, which finds extensive applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
