“…Identification of compounds was performed considering their retention times; UV absorptions and mass spectral data were also compared with those of available standard compounds, as well as with previously identified constituents of Hedysarum spp. And other data reported in the literature [ 20 , 21 , 22 , 26 , 27 , 28 ].…”

“…This indicated that the hexose was attached to the aglycone moiety and the two rhamnose units were attached to the hexose rather than the aglycone. These compounds were previously detected in H. coronarium extracts [ 21 ] and also characterized in H. carnosum [ 22 ].…”

“…At the concentration of 25 µg/mL, compounds 1 and 2 showed the maximum scavenging activities for DPPH radical (81.28 and 83.98%, respectively), which are comparable with those of vitamin C and rutin. The IC 50 of compounds 1 and 2 was 12.67 and 12.30 µg/mL, respectively, which were lower than those of other FG identified before from C. oleifera meal and other plant materials (Ben Salah et al., ; Gao et al., ), indicating the strong antioxidant activities of the two purified compounds. Considering its high contents of these bioactive compounds with strong antioxidant activity, C. oleifera meal can be reused not only for the production of health‐promoting substances, but also as an environment‐friendly natural bioresource, which is supported by the recent finding that antioxidant‐abundant Camellia can serve as a promising electron shuttle for bioelectricity generation in microbial fuel cells (Chen, Liao, Hsu, Tsai, & Hsueh, ).…”

“…Fabaceae) является ценным лекарственным растением [1]. Для выделения биологически активных веществ (БАВ) из растений данного рода широко используются различные хроматографические методы [1][2][3]. Метод жидкостной колоночной хроматографии успешно применяется как в России, так и в зарубежных странах.…”
