Isolation and Enrichment of Spermatogonial Stem Cells with MACS in Cattle Calves by Autopsy in Vitro

Abstract: Spermatognial stem cells (SSCs) are unipotent adult stem cells which form the foundation of spermatogenesis for continuous production of sperms throughout the animal life.
