Isolation and Characterization of Swinepox Virus from Outbreak in Russia

Abstract: Swinepox virus (SWPV) is the only member of the Suipoxvirus genus of the Poxviridae family and is an etiologic agent of a worldwide disease specific for domestic and wild pigs.
