Abstract: Objective: The aim of the present study was to isolate, identify, and analyze the taxonomic characteristics of the potent actinobacterial strains VJSY-2 and VJSY-3 isolated from mangrove soils of Gilakaladindi, Machilipatnam, Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh.Methods: Soil samples pretreated with calcium carbonate were used for isolation of potent actinobacterial strains.
