Breast cancer can metastasise to a vast array of organs, but in rare cases, cancer can form secondary lesions in the uterus and cervix. In our case report we have a 56-years-old female with gynecologic bleeding, bloating, and difficulty in breathing, fatigue, weakness and polyuria. After performing of dilatation and curettage, the result was endometrial and cervical metastases which show histopathological and immunohistochemical findings suggesting invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast that leads to primary breast cancer. Her status estimated the treatment. This case demonstrates the importance of adequate clinical behaviour and treatment of each of the gynaecological symptoms for establishing a cause of extragynecological origin, clarifying the patient's overall status. Current approach to metastasis of extra-genital system malignancies to the female genital tract

Metastases to the female genital tract from extra-genital malignancies are very uncommon and have a poor prognosis. The most common extra-genital primary sites are breast and gastrointestinal system. The ovaries are frequent targets of metastasis for malignant tumors. Distinction between primary and metastatic tumors is important because misinterpretation of a metastatic tumor as primary tumor may lead to inappropriate management and suboptimal treatment outcome. The routes of tumor spread to the genital system are variable such as lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis or direct extension. Multidisciplinary approach is required to management and follow-up for these patients.

The most common sites of invasive breast cancer metastasis are the lungs, liver, bones and brain. Less frequent sites include the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, spleen, thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, heart and female genital tract. The uterus is reported as a rare site for metastasis, and even more so for an isolated metastasis. Other sites of extra-genital sources for uterine metastases include the colon, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, lung, cutaneous melanoma, urinary bladder and thyroid. The rarity of breast cancer metastasis to the uterine cervix could be explained by the fact that the cervix has a small blood supply and an afferent lymph drainage system alone. It is rare to diagnose a cervical metastasis prior to eliciting the primary breast disease. Invasive lobular carcinoma metastasises to the female reproductive system more frequently than invasive ductal carcinoma. This paper presents a case of breast cancer metastasis to the cervix.
