Isolated Tachycardia Presenting After Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccination

Abstract: A 29-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with palpitations and a heart rate of over 140 beats per minute that started approximately six to eight hours after administration of her second COVID-19 vaccination. Many side effects have been associated with the administration of vaccines.
