Isolated postaxial polydactyly: Epidemiologic characteristics from a multicenter birth defects study

Abstract: Isolated postaxial polydactyly (I-PAP), as a single defect, is a frequent malformation, characterized by an extra digit placed on the ulnar or fibular side of the limbs.
