Isolated neurosarcoidosis mimicking multifocal meningiomas

Abstract: Introduction:Neurosarcoidosis accounts for approximately 5% of the sarcoidosis, which develops exclusively in the nervous system and is always difficult to diagnose. We describe a rare case of isolated neurosarcoidosis mimicking as multifocal meningiomas.
