Abstract:La sarcoidosi è una malattia granulomatosa cronica sistemica ad eziologia immunologica ignota. Coinvolge nella maggior parte dei casi i polmoni ed i linfonodi, soprattutto quelli mediastinici; tuttavia, può interessare il fegato, la milza, il tratto gastroenterico, la cute, gli occhi, le ghiandole salivari ed il cuore (1-3).
