Competition in the electric service industry is highlighting the importance of a number of issues affecting the nature and quality of customer service. The quality of service(s) provided to electricity customers may be enhanced by competition, if doing so offers service suppliers a competitive advantage. On the other hand, service quality offered to some consumers could decline if utilities focus their attention on those customers most likely to exercise choice, while reducing effort and investment to serve customers less likely to choose alternatives. Service quality is defined as the way in which the utility interacts with and responds to the needs of its customers. To achieve maximum consumer satisfaction in electricity service, This paper has designed a framework by QFD by measuring service quality of electricity utility sector in ANN and also find interrelationship between these design requirements by ISM.

IT-enabled value has continued to attract research and managerial attention because some organizations tend to outperform others in deriving IT-enabled value from their investments. Since there are many direct and indirect influencers of IT-enabled value, we posit that what may distinguish one organization from another are the assumptions and conceptual models of transformation processes associated with IT-enabled value creation. Transforming organizational inputs like technology investments, investments in improvement and training and management resources into IT-enabled value is a complex process. Consequently, we adopted a process-oriented stance to uncover the mental models and shared assumptions that underlie such transformative processes. By using interpretive structural modelling, we were able to map and analyse conceptual models of principal stakeholders who are associated with information technologies in two organizations. Our results show how antecedents and consequents associated with IT-enabled value vary across organizations. The primary implication of our findings for managers and practitioners is that it is possible to identify the principal levers to derive IT-enabled value. The major research implication lies in being able to frame the process of deriving IT-enabled value as emergent and dynamic. Our methodological contribution is in presenting an efficient approach to understand and improve the process of IT-enabled value creation. This forms an important contribution because post-facto insights may be too late for organizations and managers to leverage the potential of new technologies.

SMEs did not have enough ability to invest in development of new products and entering of new markets. Therefore, they try to achieve something through R&D Alliances, such as unique technology, resources, power of synergy, and the ability to reduce the gap between market leaders. However, the scope and characteristics of R&D alliance result in management complexity and difficulty that are higher than business management. The relevant researches in the past only use the fragment analysis, no systematic methods and systems thinking perspective to think about the complexity of R&D Alliance issues. Therefore, this study try to build a composite methodology that can completely reveal the complex causal relationship between the key success factors (KSF) in R&D alliance. This study aims to discuss the complexity of the KSFs in R&D alliance, using the system theory to integrate decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), interpretative structural modelling (ISM) and analytical network process (ANP) into a composite methodology. Between the KSFs, it reveals the strength and direction of interaction, hierarchy structure, degree of relative importance, and the causal loop map enhancement that is beneficial to help managers use systems thinking for complex issues.
