Islamic work ethics, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of Islamic banks in Indonesia

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to examine the relationship of the Islamic work ethics, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of Muslim employees in the four Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.
