Islamic human resource management (iHRM) enhancing organizational justice and employees’ commitment

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to introduce and promote the novel concept of Islamic human resource management (iHRM) and assess its effects upon two organizational attitudes, namely, perceived justice and employees’ commitment.
