iSCORED: nanopore-based random genomic sampling for intraoperative molecular diagnosis

Abstract: Copy number variations (CNVs) are almost ubiquitous in cancer. In many cases, somatic CNV analysis has led to the identification of oncogenic pathways and suggested molecular-defined therapeutic targets.
