Ischemia in women with angina and normal coronary angiograms

Abstract: Stress-induced ischemia is associated with poststress left ventricular ejection fraction reduction in postmenopausal women with typical angina, normal coronary angiography, and a trend toward abnormal endothelial-mediated vasodilation.
