Is this the Dawning of the Age of Surveillance? - Monitoring Offenders in New Zealand

Abstract: Over the last ten years, the New Zealand criminal justice system has moved inexorably toward embracing policies and legislation which favour offender surveillance over offender reintegration and rehabilitation.
