Is there such a thing as a 'lope' dope? Analysis of loperamide-related European Medicines Agency (EMA) pharmacovigilance database reports

Abstract: BackgroundAmong over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, loperamide has recently emerged for its potential of misuse and cardiotoxicity issues.
