Is There a Role for Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Rectal Cancer?

Abstract: Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy trials demonstrated a reduction in local failure and an increase in survival of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer submitted to upfront surgery.
