Is the EU agriculture becoming low-carbon? Trends in the intensity of GHG emissions from agricultural production

Abstract: GHG emissions from agriculture account for as much as 18% of the total human related emissions. In Europe, it is 12%. To reduce overall emissions, it is also necessary to reduce them from agricultural production. The study aims to assess the size and dynamics of changes in emissions from agriculture in EU countries.
