Meraki Digital Indonesia wants to evaluate security management on Service Oriented Architecture that has been implemented in this company whether it is in accordance with the standards or not, using the COBIT 5 method. It is expected that the suitability of the maturity level can be carried out in accordance with the security management domain needed to ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements of organizational information resources, namely the availability of integrity and availability of data or information. As well as using the Analytical Hierarchy Process algorithm to provide recommendations using decision-making in solving problems with explicit logical analysis, there are three principles that underlie AHP thinking, which is compiling hierarchies, the principle of setting priorities, and the principle of logical consistency. Then the evaluation results using COBIT 5, there are 6 security management criteria that are used as a basis for evaluating, among others, strategies & policies, organizations, people, processes, technology and facilities and domains that are used are Plan and Organizes (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI), Deliver and Support (DS), and Monitor and Evaluate (ME). Whereas for recommendations needed by using analytical hierarchy processes, there are three things that need to be improved according to the wishes of stakeholders, namely the need to improve the criteria of technology with a value of 0.132, facilities with a value of 0.137, and people with a value of 0.161 according to the lowest ranking on the tested criteria.

An information system audit is a way to check and assess needs and assess the extent to which information systems can answer a need in the production process. Production is the core activity of a company. In the production system occurs an input of raw materials, raw materials processing, and output of the process of making these raw materials. In this research object selected is PT. Tunas Alfin Tbk. PT. Tunas Alfin Tbk is a manufacturer of printing and packing for food and no food products that stood since 1977. Dives more than 25 years old and supported by technology and capabilities with attention to and improve product quality, hygienist, and food safety the production process at PT. TUNAS ALFIN TBK utilizes information technology to run its business, and the company realizes that using IT in business operations will assist in their production management process to produce maximum output. Therefore, the need for Information System evaluation to be a benchmark. Whether the application of IT in production has been applied correctly or not. The information audit method to be used is COBIT 5 with the DSS domain (Deliver, Service, and Support). where the COBIT 5 model of management standards has received full recognition, developed by the Information Technology Governance Institute (ITGI) and the Information System Audit Control Association (ISACA).

Pada hari ini, teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu hal terpenting dalam kehidupan. Dan audit SI menjadi salah satu cara yang paling sering digunakan dalam memastikan kualitas dari teknologi informasi. Melihat banyak adopsi teknologi informasi yang gagal karena organisasi meremehkan proses perencanaan. Karena itu, teknologi informasi di perusahaan harus dikelola dan dioptimalkan dengan audit SI. Salah satu panduan manajemen teknologi informasi adalah COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology 4.1) yang terpisah menjadi 4 domain, dan dibagi menjadi 34 proses. Itu 4 domain bernama Plan and Organise (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI), Delivery and Support (DS) dan Monitor and Evaluate (ME). Dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 sebagai pedoman manajemen teknologi informasi, akan diketahui tingkat manajemen teknologi informasi di perusahaan berdasarkan model maturity yang telah disediakan oleh COBIT 4.1. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada domain PO (dengan pengecualian PO4, PO5, PO7 dan PO8) dan akan dilakukan di PT.XYZ, yang bermain pada bidang IT Consultant and Outsourcing. Penilaian keseluruhan pada domain PO mendapatkan skor 0,8 dengan skor tertinggi 1,2 pada PO1; PO10 dan skor terendah 0,5 pada PO9. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan beberapa rekomendasi kepada PT.XYZ untuk memperbaiki proses perencanaan sebagai pedoman COBIT 4.1.
