Abstract: The aim of this research is to measure and analyze the effect of ladder training on increasing the agility of karate athletes aged 14 -16 years. This type of research is experimental research using pre-test and post-test. The agility test used in this research was the hexagonal agility test. The sample was 40 karate athletes with an average age of 15.1 ± 0.7 years and training experience of 4.1 ± 5.4 years.
