Abstract: Gerek küresel ya da ulusal ekonomik dalgalanmalar, gerekse işletmelerin uyguladıkları küçülme, birleşme, satın alma gibi farklı stratejilere bağlı olarak, çalışanların işlerini kaybetme endişesi ya da iş ortamındaki olumsuz değişiklikler olarak tanımlanabilecek olan iş güvencesizliği algılamaları muhtemel bir sonuçtur.
