Is Enbloc Ligation of Renal Pedicle Safe During Laparoscopic Nephrectomy

Abstract: Laparoscopic approach for nephrectomy is widely performed now days. Both open and laparoscopic approach involves mobilization, individual ligation and division of renal artery and vein as standard of care. 1 Enbloc ligation of renal vessel has been associated with rare complication of post nephrectomy AV fistula.
