The article is devoted to the study of social and labor relations of the digital age in the context of the development of modern education. The relevance of the article is due to the deep transformations of the current society, the Covid-19 pandemic, the development of local wars. The purpose of the publication is to analyze the phenomenon of social and labor relations in the conditions of digitalization of education. Methodology. Both general scientific methods (for example, analysis and synthesis) and special pedagogical research methods (concretization, abstraction, observation, etc.) were used. In the results the global changes in the development of the labor paradigm against the background of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the peculiarities of the organization of remote work were highlighted. A SWOT analysis of the influence of remote work on the educational process was carried out. Scientific novelty - for the first time, the transformation of social and labor relations in the process of the development of the digital society and under the influence of external challenges is comprehensively considered. The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of requirements and conditions for the development of social and labor relations in the context of future education development. The conclusions indicate that remote organization of work and training has formed new socio-labor paradigms of development.

The modern technologies development opens new perspectives for their integration into education. This trend became advantageous after the COVID-19 pandemic especially in terms of the possibilities of cloud services practice. The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities, results and prospects of using Google's digital tools in the educational process. Theoretical pedagogical research methods are used in the work. The SWOT-analysis made possible to identify weaknesses and strengths. As a result, the peculiarities of using Google services, their use problems and advantages in the educational process were investigated. Modern military challenges in Ukraine have actualized the problem of distance learning. A model of classes in the student environment using the functionality of Google online services was also developed, its use demonstrated an improvement in the creativity level among students of higher education. To conclude, the use of GoogleMeet, Google Drive and other resources significantly diversify the possibilities of distance learning. The further online education practice only actualizes the necessity of digital elements and their opportunities for training use.

The purpose of the publication is to analyze the future of distance education and determine whether the appeal to it is temporary, or whether it is mandatory and motivated. The following methods were used for writing: analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction. Based on the comparative method, the principles of using digital platforms in Ukraine and the USA, Ukraine and France, etc. are compared, since the experience of using such a system in these countries confirms the effectiveness of modern distance education. In the results, a number of problems were analyzed, in particular, the general importance of distance education for the educational process was highlighted, the importance of asynchronous learning was demonstrated, the experience of using online platforms was analyzed, and certain recommendations were formed for the development of distance education against the background of military aggression. The conclusions summarize that distance education in Ukraine under the conditions of a full-scale Russian invasion is aimed at the following categories of students: persons who are forced to temporarily live in other regions of Ukraine, persons living in the occupied territories, or outside the borders of Ukraine.
