IRS-User Association in IRS-Aided MISO Wireless Networks: Convex Optimization and Machine Learning Approaches

Abstract: This paper concentrates on the problem of associating an intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) to multiple users in a multiple-input single-output (MISO) downlink wireless communication network.
