“…6a) and the construction of a calibration curve introduced a linear relationship with a slope of 0.111 µA/µM which is very close to the slope of the constructed calibration curve of standard solutions of GA which manifest the absence of matrix effect on the extracted value for GA. Whereas, the reported slope (0.1249 µA/µM) for the established calibration curve of the spiked concentrations (10,20,40,60, and 80 µM)(Fig. 6b) to the onion powder extract samples presents a little bit higher value than the obtained by the standard solutions of GA.…”

“…Carmine electrochemical deposition was accomplished by employing cyclic voltammetric scanning on a platinum electrode in a 0.5 M H 2 SO 4 solution containing 1.0mM carmine. The scanning range extended from − 0.2 to 0.6 V for various cycle numbers (20,30,40, and 50) using fast-scan cyclic voltammetry at a xed scan rate of 100 mV/s. Following this process, the resulting modi ed carmine platinum electrode was subsequently washed with distilled water and stabilized by subjecting it to scans between − 0.2 to 0.6 V at a rate of 50 mV/s in a 0.5 M H 2 SO 4 solution devoid of carmine, until a stable voltammogram was achieved.…”
