“…Sodium nitroprusside (Na 2 [Fe(CN) 5 NO]), a widely used exogenous NO donor 34 , 35 , was dissolved in distilled water as a 10 mM stock solution immediately before the experiments to avoid direct light exposure. The titration experiment was performed by addition of one- to eleven-fold aqueous solution of Na 2 [Fe(CN) 5 NO] to dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (v/v = 1:1) solution of PtAu 2 - 1 cluster (the concentration of 1.0 × 10 -5 M).…”

“…Furthermore, the substrate specific kinetic parameter is essential to check the performance of the catalyst. [ 40 ] According to the Lineweaver‐Burk plot (Figure S17, Supporting Information), the calculated Michaelis‐Menten constant ( K m ) for Fe‐GDY is 0.14 µ m . [ 41 ] Compared with some previously reported H 2 O 2 sensors constructed with iron‐based catalysts (e.g., Hb enzyme chemically modified with MWCNT and Nafion film, K m = 2 m m [ 42 ] and iron‐chitosan/MWCNT complex, K m = 0.23 m m [ 43 ] ), Fe‐GDY exhibits higher catalytic activity and better binding effect for H 2 O 2 .…”

“…During the oxidation process, NO is captured by Ce (IV) in the center of the spatial stereostructure of the CeMOF. The subsequent reaction process is as follows Based on the Lineweaver–Burk plot, the calculated Michaelis–Menten constant ( K m ) of the CeMOF is 1.3 nM (Figure c) and that of CeO 2 is 10.88 nM (Figure S4), while the K m of an iron-based mimetic enzyme NO sensor is 4610 nM, which means that CeMOF as a NO nanozyme with significant catalytic activity exhibits a good binding effect with the substrate. ECSA is used to evaluate the activity of a catalyst, and the value of double-layer capacitance ( C dl ) directly reflects ECSA (Figure S5a,b).…”
