Abstract: The High Resolution Phase Function Database (HRPFNDAT) is a component of the Weather and Atmospheric Visualization Effects for Simulation (WAVES) suite. It is also usable with models such as the Zlectro-Optical Systems Atmospheric Effects Library (EOSAEL) and MODTRAN.
