Iran’s Nuclear Policy: Nature, Ambition, and Strategy

Abstract: Nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons represent the biggest danger to humanity. During the Cold War, the US and USSR provided "umbrella protection" to convince allies not to acquire nuclear weapons.
