Abstract: The search for dementia treatments, including treatments for neuropsychiatric lupus (NPSLE), has not yet uncovered useful therapeutic targets that mitigate underlying inflammation. Currently, NPSLE’s limited treatment options are often accompanied by severe toxicity.
