IP165. Faculty Gender Differences in Vascular Surgery Departments

Abstract: A single-center retrospective cohort study was performed assessing outcomes of single-stage BT fistulas created by a single surgeon between January 1, 1999, and December 31, 2016. Demographic data, preoperative and postoperative vein and fistula flow velocity and volume metrics, and maturation rates and complications were recorded.
