IP3R activity increases frequency of RyR-mediated sparks by elevating dyadic Ca2+

Abstract: Calcium plays critical roles in cardiac cells, coupling electrical excitation to mechanical contraction with each heartbeat, while simultaneously mediating biochemical signals that regulate cell growth.
