Machines are being linked together in order to lessen the burden of medics in the near future while also offering effective services to patients. Furthermore, these gadgets generate a large amount of data during transmission. A clinical IoT based network is a networked system that must be protected from beginning to finish in order to function and communicate. To avoid sensitive data leakage from such devices/systems, connection should be encrypted. We are proposing dynamic encryption model which works well on health records generated from IoT machines. Similarly, we ensure the security of the data through a two-way authentication system with the approval from agent/patient to access and share the data.

Today’s IoT deployments are highly complex, heterogeneous and constantly changing. This poses severe security challenges such as limited end-to-end security support, lack of cross-platform cross-vertical security interoperability as well as the lack of security services that can be readily applied by security practitioners and third party developers. Overall, these require scalable, decentralized and intelligent IoT security mechanisms and services which are addressed by the SecureIoT project. This paper presents the definition, implementation and validation of a SecureIoT-enabled socially assisted robots (SAR) usage scenario. The aim of the SAR scenario is to integrate and validate the SecureIoT services in the scope of personalized healthcare and ambient assistive living (AAL) scenarios, involving the integration of two AAL platforms, namely QTrobot (QT) and CloudCare2U (CC2U). This includes risk assessment of communications security, predictive analysis of security risks, implementing access control policies to enhance the security of solution, and auditing of the solution against security, safety and privacy guidelines and regulations. Future perspectives include the extension of this security paradigm by securing the integration of healthcare platforms with IoT solutions, such as Healthentia with QTRobot, by means of a system product assurance process for cyber-security in healthcare applications, through the PANACEA toolkit.

Abstract. The Internet of Things had become more usually those recent years, it helps the human to be connected to every devices, to The Internet of Things had become more usually those recent years, it helps the human to be connected to every devices, to communicate and to share information for each other, the IoT gives many benefits to HealthCare systems and applications, it help to diagnostic and to monitor patients more closely and easier, but as other domain based on technologies, the smart Health use IT programs and Wireless network to exchange and analyse data which may be stooling by attackers if it doesn't secured and controlled permanently, as a fact of this weakness, it's possible to injure or kill some patient without being detected, this article discussing the Smart Health system, its benefits and examples of its using, also, it gives a view about security issues that can touch to this domain and best practice to follow for securing, detecting and avoiding security risks.
