Berdasarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 52 responden tenaga medis dari berbagai rumah sakit yang berada di Kota Mataram dan di luar Kota Mataram, melalui kuesioner tersebut ditarik kesimpulan bahwa lebih dari 50% responden mengaku memiliki kendala mengenai proses pengecekkan infus pada pasien secara manual, hal ini disebabkan oleh ketersediaan infus pada pasien tidak dapat dipastikan karena laju infus pada pasien berbeda-beda, sehingga saat infus pasien habis memiliki waktu berbeda dan dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pergantian infus. Akibat yang diterima oleh pasien jika pergantian infus terlambat dapat menyebabkan pergumpalan darah di sekitar daerah pemasangan infus dan dapat beresiko fatal dikemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk merancang suatu sistem monitoring massa infus berbasis IoT menggunakan load cell dan vibration motor untuk notifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor load cell, vibration motor, dan 7 segment dengan protokol komunikasi data MQTT dan website sebagai antarmuka sistem. Penelitian terbagi menjadi 3 tahap pengujian yaitu pengujian black box, pengujian kalibrasi Sensor Load Cell, pengujian notifikasi, dan pengujian tahap akhir. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan menghasilkan kalibrasi Sensor Load Cell berada pada nilai -1090 dan dibandingkan dengan nilai pada timbangan digital terbukti valid. Serta notifikasi dapat diterima oleh user ketika persentase kapasitas infus berada pada angka 10%.

The DC (Domestic Cooperation) CS (Community Service) program proposes IoT (Internet of Things) training, which aims to educate trainees to get to know the latest internet-based technology supported by accompanying instructors in their fields of expertise based on the approach of published research results, especially in electrical engineering, and conduct educational counseling on variations and models to support IoT. The training participants were students at TLC (Teaching and Learning Centre) in Harapan Bunda, Jakarta. Initial observations showed the participants' interest in IoT technology, so the contribution is support for improving the quality of skilled labor to be aligned with industry needs. This CS method includes showing the results of scientific publications, providing IoT material, simple coding training, and simple practice. This CS activity is expected to make the participants able to understand the concept of IoT and practice the application of IoT in everyday life. The measurement of the percentage of training success is a satisfaction survey questionnaire. The CS activity resulted in a satisfaction percentage of 93%, and it was hoped that the CS program could be carried out regularly and be of benefit to students who need additional skills as a future provision.
