Ionic Electrodeposition Simulation of CdTe Thin Films

Abstract: A modified EngelkenÕs kinetic model, which is based on the Butler-Volmer equation, was developed and simulated to predict the potential at which perfect stoichiometry is achieved in linear-sweep voltammetry.
