Abstract:Cancer represents the second most important cause of death and morbidity in Europe, with more than 3.7 million new cases and 1.9 million deaths reported each year. Computed tomography plays a fundamental role in the management of oncology patients, and the superior diagnostic value that contrast-enhanced images offer is frequently critical.
