Abstract:There is a growing interest in the use of carbon nanostructures for a variety of electronic and optoelectronic technologies, including energy harvesting applications such as photovoltaics (PV) and thermoelectrics (TE). We will present a series of studies aimed at improving the TE performance of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube (s-SWCNT) thin film networks.
The optical and electrical performance of SWCNT ensembles is often limited by the presence of metallic single-walled carbon nano… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
