Investor-State Dispute Settlement and Indonesian Reform Policy in Mining Downstream Sector

Abstract: To date, Indonesia has been facing the seventh ISDS (Investor-State Dispute Settlement) lawsuit case in ICSID, the most number of ICSID cases a particular country has in ASEAN.
