“…The measurements revealed that the temperatures of the samples are 617, 728, 906, and 1010 °C for the holding times of 12, 14, 16, and 20 min, respectively. After the calcination-obtained BT powders were codoped with holmium (III) Oxide (Ho 2 O 3 , Aldrich, purity > %99) and manganese (IV) Oxide (MnO 2 , Dae-Jung, purity > %99) through the following formula Ba 1−2x Ho 2x Ti 1−x Mn x O 3 (x = 0, 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06) [26,30], the powders were cold isostatic pressed (CIP) at 6.9 MPa. The bulk samples (B: x = 0, B 2 : x = 0.02, B 4 : x = 0.04, B 6 : x = 0.06) were conventionally sintered at 1100 °C for 3 h with a 10 °C min −1 heating rate.…”

“…Chitra and colleagues reported that the Ho element strongly affects the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of BT [3]. Madhan and coworkers indicated that the lattice constants, crystallite size, and lattice parameters ratio are increased due to Mn doping via the sol-gel process [26]. Liu et al found that the Ho cations lead to a homogeneous and dense structure [27].…”

“…In the pristine LaFeO 3 compounds for the origin of giant dielectric properties revealed by Idrees et.al, [40]. The dielectric constant of the prepared materials can be expressed as following equation, (3) D-is the thickness of disc sample, C p -is the capacitance, ε 0 is the permittivity, A is the cross-sectional area of disc sample [42]. The frequency dependence of ε' and tan δ of the prepared materials between 10 2 and 10 6 Hz measured in different temperatures and plotted in Figs.…”
