“…The CCT value calculated is greater than 5000 k giving cold blue light which is useful commercial lightening applications. These values are in well agreement with STP/SZP nanopowders [22,30]. White region for Mn 2+ doped SZP nanopowder has been exhibited whereas pure SZP exhibits blue region [22].…”

“…SZP powders were synthesized by a solution combustion method. 20 Briefly, 0.01 mol Sr nitrate (Sr(NO 3 ) 2 ), 0.02 mol Zn nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO 3 ) 2 Á6H 2 O), 0.02 mol diammonium hydrogen phosphate ((NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 ) and 0.03 mol urea (CO(NH 2 ) 2 ) were added to 100 mL distilled water, and mixed for 1 h at room temperature to form transparent solution. After this, the solution was heated at 550 1C for 5 h in a furnace (KSL-1200X, Hefei Kejing Material Technology Co., Ltd, China) with a heating rate of 2 1C min À1 , which was followed by grinding and sieving to 300-mesh to get SZP powders.…”

“…Specially, rare-earth-activated phosphates with excellent photoluminescence (PL) properties make them suitable as phosphors in white-light-emitting diodes (w-LED). This impulsive consumption has generated a large number of reports, for example, Bi 1-x Eu x PO 4 (Yu et al, 2016), xSr 2 Ca(PO 4 ) 2-(1-x) Ca 10 Li(PO 4 ) 7 :Eu 2+ (Chen et al, 2017), SrMgP 2 O 7 :Ce 3+ ,Dy 3+ (Cheng et al, 2018), Sr 3 Y(PO 4 ) 3 : Eu 3+ ,Tb 3+ (Wang et al, 2019a), SrZn 2 (PO 4 ) 2 :Mn 2+ (Khidhirbrahmendra et al, 2019) and Sr 3 La(PO 4 ) 3 :Eu 3+ (Yang et al, 2019b). Most of the phosphors based on the phosphate system have the advantages of excellent chemical stability, simple ISSN 2053ISSN -2296 # 2019 International Union of Crystallography preparation process, low synthesis temperature and high quantum efficiency.…”
