Abstract: Marfanoid habitus and intellectual disability (MHID) co‐occur in multiple neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD). Among those, Lujan‐Fryns, an X‐linked genetic disorder associated with variants in MED12 was the first such syndrome identified.
