This article analyzed the processes of new types of solar collector water heating systems designed to form solar collector thermal energy, air movement mode, including boundary layers of air flow, based on solar energy due to the abundance of sunny days in Uzbekistan. Additional parts in the interior, pipes, structures of the heating surface, methods for calculating basic physics were indicated. Also, the issues of forming the boundary layers of air flow, determining the elongation of the boundary layers and forming the air movement of the air flow, which occur under conditions of laminar or turbulent flow, are determined by changes in the patterns of air flow movement. A mathematical and immersion model was developed based on the results obtained directly in Reynolds number (Re) in the range 1000-5000 of these thermal and hydrodynamic processes. In the research work, the concave dimensions of the air pipe, including the length of the concave step, were determined taking into account the relationship between t and the concave height h, the formation of air flow movements and the breakpoints of the boundary points. Based on this system, traditional fuel resources were saved as well as energy saving problems in the electric power system.

In the article, the heat exchange accelerating elements used in the collectors of solar air heaters were investigated by thermal and hydraulic mathematical modeling by changing the location scheme and geometric dimensions in homogeneous environment. In this case, the height of the gap between the flat absorber and the transparent glass was 60 mm. The height of elements that accelerate heat exchange processes has increased from 10 mm to 60 mm. The location scheme is laid out in a corridor and a checkerboard pattern. According to the modeling results, the results of the solar air heater collector with the rhombic heat exchange accelerating element were found to be high.

The drying process is considered an effective technique for preserving foods and agricultural products from spoilage. Moreover, the drying process lessens the products' weight, volume, and packaging, which prompts a reduction in the products' transportation costs. The drying technique with solar energy represents an ancient method, still alluring due to solar energy abundance and cost‐effectiveness. In this article, the previous manuscripts concerned with studying and analyzing indirect solar dryer systems that utilize innovative solar air heaters (SAHs) are reviewed. The results and conclusions are discussed intensively to clarify the significance of utilizing this type of drying technique. The effect of many parameters on the thermal performance and efficiency of the dryer systems has been investigated. The investigated parameters included the incident solar radiation, air flow rates, outlet solar air heater temperature, absorber plate material, moisture content of the agricultural products, and the shape and configuration of the SAH. Moreover, the manuscript outlines the drying rate mathematical models that were used to validate the experimental findings. Based on the review, it is found that solar dryer systems with modified SAHs designs rather than flat plate SAH have considerable effects on enhancing thermal performance and efficiency.
