Abstract: The conjugation of proteins with polymers offers immense biotechnological potential by creating novel macromolecules. This article presents experimental findings on the structural properties of maltose‐binding protein (MBP) conjugated with linear biodegradable polyphosphoester polymers with different molecular weights.
