Investigation of the Process of Biodegradation of Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Phenols by a Method of Reversed-Phase High-Efficient Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: By a method of reversed-phase high-efficient liquid chromatography (HELC) the dynamics of the process of biodegradation of monoaromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene) and phenols (phenol, pyrocathechin, hydroquinone, tetrachlorpyrocatechin) by bacteria isolated from coastal waters and soils of Absheron peninsula of the Caspian Sea has been investigated.
