Investigation of the growth of Na+-Doped ZnO nanorods using hydrothermal method and their photoluminescence properties

Abstract: In this study, the hydrothermal method was used to synthesize Na[Formula: see text]-doped ZnO nanowires with different concentrations of Na[Formula: see text] ions under different synthesis temperatures.
